A weekly coaching programme for motivated teen athletes (13 - 18) who want to perform with confidence - on and off the field.

Led by expert performance coaches, this programme combines minset, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition to build complete, capable athletes.

Each week includes targeted coaching sessions, practical tools, and personal check-ins that fit around school, training, and life.

Performance Nutrition

A personalised coaching package to help athletes fuel smarter and perform stronger.

You’ll get:

  • A 60-minute consultation to assess your current nutrition and set clear goals.

  • Fortnightly 30-minute check-ins to refine your strategy and track progress.

  • A tailored, evidence-based supplement plan

  • Simple nutrition tracking tools with regular coach feedback

  • Access to a 2-hour Performance Mindset Workshop on topics like resilience, motivation, and goal setting

Designed for athletes who want expert support and accountability while staying independent in their training and nutrition.

Junior Athlete Nutrition Essentials
$195 p/m

Built for young athletes (13 - 18) and their parents, this package teaches the foundations of performance nutrition-fueling growth, energy, and confidence without overwhelm.

You’ll get:

  • A 45-minute consultation with both athlete and parent to set goals and assess nutrition needs.

  • Fortnightly 30-minute coaching calls to review habits and progress

  • Monthly guides on training fuel, hydration, recovery, and snack strategies.

  • Easy, visual parent resources to support athletes at home and on game days.

  • Access to a junior-friendly nutrition app for daily habit tracking and reminders.

This package builds healthy habits early, helping athletes understand how to fuel for performance while giving parents the tools to back them every step of the way.
