Teen Athlete Performance Mentorship
A weekly coaching programme for motivated teen athletes (13 - 18) who want to perform with confidence - on and off the field.
Led by expert performance coaches, this programme combines minset, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition to build complete, capable athletes.
Each week includes targeted coaching sessions, practical tools, and personal check-ins that fit around school, training, and life.
The results? Stronger bodies, sharper minds, and lasting confidence.

Workshops designed to strengthen how teams communicate, connect, and perform.
We work with clubs and teams to develop shared values, clear communication, and strong culture—key ingredients for consistent performance. Sessions can include team identity, mindset skills, cohesion, leadership, and preparation, and can be tailored to your team’s needs across a season.

Sporting Parents Course
This three-week course gives you the knowledge and tools to understand your child’s mindset, communicate effectively, and create a supportive sporting environment that allows them to thrive.
Across three key modules - Effective Communication, Motivation and Growth & Development - you’ll learn how to:
Understand your child’s motivations and frustrations
Build healthy, open conversations around sport
Strengthen your relationship through their sporting journey
Support growth, resilience, and mental toughness
Reduce pressure and fear of failure
Help your child enjoy their sport and reach their potential
